There are five historic improvement locations on the ranch including the main headquarters site and an old timber mill. Combined the built improvements include a number of houses, cabins, a barn, numerous outbuildings, and sheds. All of the buildings are in primitive condition and would need attention prior to occupancy. Electric utility service runs to the south entrance of the property and is provided by La Plata Electric.
