Transferable landowner tags are available for bull and cow elk.


There is excellent fishing for rainbow trout, pike, koho, and kokanee salmon minutes away at the 2200 acre Eagle Nest Lake. The Cimmaron River tailwater, just below Eagle Nest dam, offers some of the finest fly fishing in the state of New Mexico with browns and rainbows up to 18”.

American Creek is first and foremost a mountain recreation ranch.
