With leading experts in training, nutrition and mindful practices, Joy provides you with an easy to follow guide that you are completely in control of. Whether you workout at home or the gym, there is something for every body. At Joy we won’t tell you what to eat, or get you counting calories. Joy is not about rules and restrictions, and with over 1,000 recipes to choose from, my program will encourage you to eat the things that bring you JOY.

Motivation, daily affirmations and tactics to help get your mind strong. Dr Katherine Iscoe (BA, MSc, PhD) comes with a scientific approach to shine from within. Dr Katherine uses a unique combination of storytelling and science to guide her clients and students through the confrontational process of rebuilding their confidence. Her evidence-backed process is informed by her extensive research, her years helping over 1,200 women as well as her academic qualifications in health sciences, exercise physiology and counselling.

The recipes under each day are there to guide and inspire you to fuel your body with nourishing meals. They include some of Georgia’s favourite recipes but we’d love for you to pick your favourites and eat what makes YOU feel good! Choose your dietary requirements and how many servings you need whether you’re cooking for just you, a partner, or the family too With pescatarian, vegetarian and general meal plans available – every meal on Joy is gluten free. Our recipes are designed to heal you from the inside out, clear your mind and build a strong foundation so you can achieve whatever life throws at you.
